Psalms - Week Four - God is Just

As we study the Psalms together, we see many references to God's Righteousness and Mercy... These are a rough translation of the Hebrew word "Mishpat," which speaks of God's justice, and goes beyond judging between right and wrong, and includes His special care for the widow, the orphan, the poor and the foreigner (or the "outsider"). At some point, we have all fallen into at least one of those categories, and have become dependent upon His care. Together, we can all thank God that He is a God of justice!!
