This week our Lead Pastor, Phil Heller, continues teaching from John 10. In this passage, Jesus is challenged by the religious leaders of his time. They directly confront him, asking if he is truly the Messiah. Jesus' response is simple: "I did tell you, but you refuse to believe."

The spiritual leaders refused to accept Jesus as their Messiah; they were blind to his actions and deaf to his words. They persisted in their belief that they could EARN their place in eternity--that they could earn God's acceptance and love. But Jesus came to demonstrate and declare that God's love is given freely to all who would believe, and follow him.
